November to March. Daytime highs sit in the mid-20s°C and everything outdoors is pleasant. June to September is brutally hot — indoor-only unless you are here for cheap hotels.
Highly variable. $200–$350 per day for two covers a good four-star, metro travel, and one paid attraction daily. Desert safaris run $60–$120 per person; fine dining and beach clubs escalate quickly.
The metro Red Line covers Downtown, Marina and the airport and is cheap. Taxis and ride-hailing fill the gaps. Abras across Dubai Creek cost about one dirham.
